About Enticing Cuisine
What started out as a personal chef service has grown from planning, shopping, and preparing meals in customer's homes, to a full service catering company.  So many of Enticing Cuisine's customers raved about the food and attention to detail that people started asking for catered parties.  From there it was just a matter of time until Enticing Cuisine opened itself up to the general public.
Opened in early 2007, Enticing Cuisine is run by Jason Stoffels and his wife Diocelina, Enticing Cuisine is sure to please even the most discerning diner.
About the Chef
I have been working in kitchens since 1988.  I received my formal training at the Culinary School of Kendall College, graduating with an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts in 1996.  While attending Kendall College, I interned at The Trellis restaurant in Williamsburg, Virginia under chef Marcel Desaulniers.
After graduation, I worked for Papagus - Greek Taverna under chef Tom Culleeny and the Riverwalk Restaurant under chef James Petrizzo.  Most recently, I've been the executive chef of Riverside Receptions in Geneva, Illinois.  I have an Illinois food service certificate which means that I'm continually being updated on the latest sanitation guidelines to deliver to you the freshest and safest food possible.
